MindFull offers support in three different ways:
- 1 / Self-help: the advice, information and resources section is written by young people and professionals and has loads of really useful stuff, including activities and resources you can use to learn more about your mental health and emotional wellbeing.
- 2 / Speak to a MindFull Mentor - young people just like you who are trained to help. Pretty much whenever we're open, there'll be a MindFull mentor around for you to chat to online.
- 3 / Access to mental health professionals and counsellors who can give you one-to-one support. Keep an eye out for our group sessions and ad hoc online surgeries, as these can be really helpful too.
Free interactive Self Help tools
Share what's on your mind without needing to say who you are. Sometimes it can be scary to say those deep dark thoughts out loud, but it can really help - and you'll soon realise you're not the only one.
Diaries are a great way to keep track of how you are feeling. If you spot things you would like to change, you can keep check on your progress here too.
Mindfulness is a technique that helps improve your self-awareness (being more aware of your thoughts and feelings). This makes it easier to change things and boosts your self-confidence.
This is a great way to meet and get to know people on MindFull - mentors, moderators, members and more. It is a place for general chat and fun stuff, but you can always private chat too.
Live Chat Room
If you've got an experience you want to talk about, something you want to get off your chest or a poem, rap or piece of creative writing you can share it in a blog. Or you can use it as a personal diary - totally private to you.
If you want to talk to someone more privately, you can request a chat with them. It's the quickest and easiest way to chat to someone online, which means it is great for mentoring!
