What Is MindFull?

What is MindFull?

Are you feeling down, depressed or worried? Is your mind full of negative thoughts or feelings? Do you want to talk about your mental health? If so, MindFull is the place for you!

MindFull is a brilliant new service for 11-17 year olds. It provides support, information and advice about mental health and emotional wellbeing, helping you to overcome life's ups and downs and helping you feel confident and happy about who you are. Best of all, because MindFull is online, you can get the help you need whenever you want it, wherever you are.

MindFull is open every day, between 10am and midnight, and offers support in three different ways:

  • 1 / Self-Help: Our advice, information and resources section is written by professionals and young people. It is packed with really useful stuff, including activities and resources to help you learn more about your own mental health and emotional wellbeing.
  • 2 / MindFull Mentors: They're young people just like you, who are trained to help. Pretty much whenever we're open, there'll be a MindFull Mentor around for you to chat to online
  • 3 / Counsellors: Our MindFull mental health professionals and counsellors will give you one-to-one support. Keep an eye out for our group sessions and ad hoc online surgeries as these can be really helpful too.

MindFull is here to help you feel better. We'll support you with tools and tips to help you cope better, making it even easier to get through those tough times in future. We know that asking for help is not always easy, but MindFull is a safe and trustworthy space to where you can choose the right support for you.

However you feel, remember that you're never alone: when you're ready to talk, we're ready to listen.

Happiness

Feeling happy is my daily goal. Just wanted to spread the love. Some days when I feel really low and down I have this self-fulfilling method; I pretend to have the 'symptoms' of a happier more vibrant person and subsequently start to believe that I am this person. Don't worry .... Be happy xxxx
